Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Scato, we strive to provide you with the best quality slippers and a hassle-free shopping experience. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.
- To cancel your order, please contact our support team via email at scatoslipper@gmail.com
- If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may choose to return the product after delivery.
Returns & Refunds
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition to be eligible for return.
- To initiate a return, email us at returns@scato.in with your order ID and reason for return.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Refund Exceptions
- No refund will be issued for products damaged due to misuse or wear and tear.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item shipped by us.
